Bridge Pointe at Jekyll Sound
Camden County, Georgia
Looking out toward the Sidney Lanier Bridge, the gateway to Georgia’s famed Golden Isles, Bridge Pointe at Jekyll Sound rests serenely on 1,131 acres by the wide waters of Maiden Creek. A premier coastal waterfront community, Bridge Pointe features a diverse portfolio of homesites, nestled in an area renowned for its vast salt marshes, wide waterways and secluded lagoons. Boating and fishing enthusiasts will find Bridge Pointe’s location ideal: Maiden Creek connects to Little Satilla River which opens into Jekyll Sound. Cumberland Harbour
St. Marys, Georgia
At Cumberland Harbour, breathtaking panoramas combine with a relaxing ambiance to create an inviting haven of natural tranquility. Encompassing 1,012 acres along Georgia’s Intracoastal Waterway, Cumberland Harbour lets residents experience the true spirit of coastal living. Hemmed by salt marshes and framed by three rivers, this gated waterfront community is only 31 miles from the city of Jacksonville, Florida.

The site of the 2004 HGTV Dream Home, Cumberland Harbour is located just three miles from historic St. Marys, Georgia, named the "Best Small Town in America" by Money magazine. Just a four-mile boat ride away, is Cumberland Island National Seashore, recently named the “Best Wilderness Beach in the World” by the Travel Channel.

Construction is complete on a pavilion with activity lawns, six Har-Tru tennis courts and fitness facilities. Proposed amenities include an aquatics center, a clubhouse, an entertainment pavilion for social gatherings and cookouts, a marina, a yacht club, dry stack vessel storage, recreational trails, boat launching facilities, RV storage and boat docks along Point Peter Creek.


Grey Rock at Lake Lure
Lake Lure, North Carolina
In the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains of western North Carolina, Grey Rock at Lake Lure stretches across a vast panorama of forested ridges, rugged landscapes and tranquil glades. The site of the 2006 HGTV Dream Home, Grey Rock stretches out across nearly 4,000 acres, a generous portion of which have been left preserved. Laird Point
Panama City, Florida
Occupying a premier position on Florida’s Intracoastal Waterway, Laird Point stretches the length of a natural peninsula and is flanked by the waters of East Bay and Laird Bayou. Here, a limited number of waterfront homesites have been set along the wooded fingers of the land, and a new standard of excellence has been set.
